Itinerary

Day 1: Zurich
Arrive in Zurich, pick your car at the airport and either proceed to the hotel or explore the city. Overnight in Zurich.

Day 2: Zurich - Bern - Lausanne - Geneva (282 kilometres)
En route, visit Bern, Switzerland's capital, housing some of Europe's finest examples of mediaeval civic architecture. Before your overnight stay in Geneva, pause in the pretty lakeside city of Lausanne. Overnight in Geneva

Day 3: Geneva - Montreux - Interlaken (233 kilometres)
Visit impressive Chateau Chillon in Montreux before driving through the countryside to Interlaken. In the afternoon, you may wish to visit the famous mountain village of Grindelwald. Overnight in Interlaken.

Day 4: Interlaken - Lauterbrunen - Lucerne (100 kilometres)
In the morning drive to Lauterbrunen and then you can climb up by cogwheel train to the Mount Jungfraujoch. In the afternoon you drive to Lucerne. Overnight in Lucerne.

Day 5: Lucerne - Engelberg - Zurich (124 kilometres)
Morning you may wish to visit the Chapel Bridge, the shops and boutiques of the historic old town and the lovely lakeside promenade. Later you drive to Engelberg, from where a 45 minutes cable car ride will bring you up to breathtaking Mount Titlis. Drive back to Zurich. Overnight in Zurich.

Day 6: Zurich
Extend your stay in Zurich or return your car at the airport for your flight back home.
